Despite having a retail presence at Saks and Nordstroms, Tom & Teddy retained ECG to turnaround a struggling Facebook Ad account.
The brand enjoyed a very strong presence in international markets, but was having a hard time breaking into the US market.
ECG deployed, for the first time ever, it's unique account buildout methodology called The Playground.
This fast-paced testing framework quickly and cost-effectively allowed us to identify audience and creative/copy combinations which, in turn, allowed us to quickly cut losers (preserving budget) and rapidly scale winners.
Further iterations of winning audience/creative combinations allowed the brand to have laser-focused creative guidance.
Within 90 days of working with ECG, Tom & Teddy exceeded our 6-month goals related to: Revenue (exceeded by 31%); Acquisition costs (decreased by 19%); ROAS (increased by 57%); and Orders (increased by 64%). The brand had to reappropriate advertising budget to accommodate the explosive growth they were experiencing.
