Our sole purpose is to provide enterprise-level support, service, and results enjoyed by Fortune 500 companies, to every small and medium-sized eCommerce store at an affordable price.

Meet the team behind the eCommerce magic

Daniel Ehrlich

Managing Director, Founder

Hi, my name is Daniel and I am the managing director of eCommerceGuy. Before founding eCommerceGuy, I was hired as the Director of Operations for one of the largest multi-national beauty and cosmetics etailer in the world. During my time with that organization I was tasked with implementing a full-scale ERP, merging two wholly owned subsidiaries, designing and deploying scalable software architecture, and improving operational processes as it related to the eCommerce division. One of my most rewarding, yet challenging, experiences of managing an eCommerce store (as I’m sure you’re very well-aware of) was attaining the highly coveted, yet frustratingly elusive, 90 day average site-wide conversion rate of 9.4%… during the slowest months. Achieving a stellar conversion rate wasn’t as simple as writing about it on this page. My team of designers, developers, and myself spent months performing countless A/B tests on nearly every element of the site, across nearly every major device, operating system, browser, and screen resolution. My keen understanding of eCommerce best practices, thorough understanding of consumer behavior, and relentless testing allowed me to develop a set of skills specifically designed to improve eCommerce conversion rates. 

A bit about me, personally (I’m a real person, not just a guy with a stellar service). My wife and I love to travel – we most recently visited Ireland and fell in love with the history, food, and people. I am an avid golfer and will occasionally pick up a tennis racquet when the Mrs. can’t find someone else with whom to rally. I love playing chess, listening to historic non-fiction audio books, and spicy food!

Jennifer Ehrlich

Creative Director
Hi there! I’m Jennifer and I am the Creative Director here at eCommerceGuy. 
Although my formal background is in architectural design (my undergraduate and graduate degrees are both in Architecture), my passion has always been graphic design, specifically related to advertising. Conveying a brand’s message through web design, emails, and other creatives used in marketing and advertising mediums are my forte.
Working at eCommerceGuy is not just my job, but my creative outlet. Coming up with new design strategies and seeing a client’s face light up when we nail a design on the head is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role here.
I am a Photoshop junkie and when I’m not working on client projects, my favorite Saturday afternoon hobby is sketching cool buildings and playing tennis. I love golden retrievers, traveling the world, and being outdoors!  

Ray Brown

Senior Media Buyer

Hey! My name is Ray Brown, and I’m just happy to be here!

Though my title is Senior Media Buyer, I bring so much more to the table than that alone.

My vetting in the industry has been with agencies and in-house teams alike, and I bring with me over a decade of experience working hands-on with my clients.

I’m passionate about jazz, coffee, and keeping my handicap below a 10 on the golf course.

Marketing Director

Hey, everyone! My name is Amanda and I am the Marketing Director here at eCommerceGuy.

Although my background is in Law, I have always had a passion for Marketing and Advertising.

I love making connections and working with other people! When I am not working I love walking my dog, exploring new restaurants, binge watching Netflix or reading a good book.

Sam Wertisan

PPC Specialist

As a PPC specialist here at eCommerceGuy, I’m more of a behind-the-scene force. My job is help our clients meet and exceed their goals through endless testing, data analysis, and keeping up with the latest in digital ad strategy.

I’ve been managing paid search and social campaigns since 2011. When first starting out my focus was on lead generation for service-based businesses, but in 2015 I realized my skills and interests were more aligned with working in the ecom space.

A lazy Saturday for me is catching up on all of my favorite tech blogs, reading any true crime novels, and Netflix binging.
